Sneak Peek: A free, easy-to-use lesson plan for Spanish class focused on the biography of Bad Bunny plus a creative project where students design their own album.
In honor of Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance – we are providing the basic versions of this lesson to you totally free (best for Spanish 1, 2, or 3). You can download the materials directly in this post. Now, let’s get right to it!
There are three main components to this lesson.
1. Present Slideshow to the class (choose which level is best for your students)
There are two versions (basic and advanced) of biography slideshow presentations about the life of this súper estrella.
2. Give students a quiz about the presentation
You can throw these questions into your favorite online game if you want to make it less formal – think Gimkit, Blooket, Kahoot, etc.
3. Project – Design your own Album – Mi Álbum con Sentido
This is a fun creative project where students imagine an album they would create with Bad Bunny and titles of songs they would include.
A special note: Not all Bad Bunny songs are appropriate for class. Here are a few that would be school appropriate to play in the background while students work.

Learning Objective
In this lesson, students will discover facts about the life of super star Bad Bunny. Students will design an album that they would create with Bad Bunny including song titles.

Supplies
- Pen/pencil

Prep
Decide what level will work best for your students.
Print copies of the quiz or create a digital game using the questions.
Decide if you will assign the album project on paper or in your learning management system with the digital slideshow version. Print copies if you plan to do the paper version.
Duration
This lesson is designed for one 57 minute class period, but can be shortened or extended if desired.
Teacher instructions
- Present the slideshow presentation to the class. Check for comprehension as you go by asking questions.
- Give students the paper quiz about the presentation or have them play a digital game like Kahoot, Blooket, or Gimkit.
- Assign the Albúm project (either digitally or on paper).
Alternatively: You could play the digital game to start the class to spark interest and then give the paper quiz after the presentation.
